Terms — testing only

This separate Daily Tasks D1 pilot is an engineering test build, not a commercial release. No warranty or 12-month uptime/data-retention assurance is offered. Use synthetic data and controlled test accounts only.

Encrypted backup exports and the user-chosen backup passphrase remain the tester's responsibility. Cloud usage is subject to Cloudflare service limits. Use a separate test Cloudflare Pages project and separate D1 database.

Final customer license, support, retention, refund and service terms require owner and legal approval before sale.
